Mobile robots punish general-purpose PCs: vibration, unstable 24V rails, ground potential differences between drive controllers and sensors, and almost no mounting volume. The IEXP-532 is built around those constraints - isolated RS485, optocoupler isolated GPIO, optional isolated CAN, all on 3-pin Phoenix terminals, inside a 172 x 136 x 50mm aluminium body weighing 1.45kg.

• 2 x isolated RS485 - 3-pin Phoenix terminals connect wheel drives, LiDAR turrets, battery management and safety scanners without adding isolators.
• 8-bit optocoupler isolated GPIO - 4 inputs and 4 outputs for bumpers, e-stops, tower lights and relay handshakes.
• Optional 2 x isolated CAN - a reserved Mini PCIe slot takes the CAN module when the vehicle bus needs it.
• DC 12V - 24V wide input - 4-pin Phoenix terminal runs from the robot battery rail, tolerant of sag during acceleration.
• 10-core Alder Lake-U - i5-1235U or i7-1255U for SLAM, fleet agent and vision pre-processing on the vehicle.
• Active cooling with fanless option - -20 C to +60 C operation, so the same unit works in cold stores and in summer warehouses.
• TPM 2.0 and watchdog 0-255 - unattended recovery plus secure boot for fleet credentials.
